My name is Sara and I am crazy about working out. It was awhile back when a friend of mine bought an ab belt from watching an infomercial on TV. When she told me about it I didn’t think anything about it.
It was after she had been using it for 4 months and didn’t see any results that I did some research on these types of products. What did I find?
I found that there are thousands of people spending hundreds of dollars on these products and they don’t even know what they are getting.
The major problem I have found from other people experiences, including my girlfriends, is that these products do work but not like people expect. This is a big deal because there are thousands of people thinking they will get a great looking body using these ab belts alone. This is not the case.
Important to note: My friend was a heavier set girl. She thought that she could slim down using only an ab belt. Ab belts may work for those who are in shape already. However when it comes to body shapes that are a little bigger, you best avoid wasting your money.
As for myself -
I am a avid exercise enthusiast who also teaches people the dangers of “ab gadgets” that are offered on TV.
